Dr. Eliana Gil provides intensive play therapy training, including Play Therapy w/Traumatized Children, Sand Therapy The Use of Art Work with Abused Children
The Center for Play Therapy   (Texas)
Dr. Garry Landreth and his staff provide a play therapy summer institute. Workshops include topics such as Theoretical Approaches to Play Therapy, Art Therapy with Children, Play Diagnosis and Assessment, Play Therapy with Sexually Abused Children.  

The University of Central Florida (Orlando) has started a Certification in Play Therapy
The Family Enhancement and Play Therapy Center (Pennsylvania), founded and directed by Dr. Risë VanFleet, specializes in the training of clinical professionals in play, filial, and family therapies.
The National Institute of Relationship Enhancement (Maryland) has training, supervision, and certification for mental health professionals in the Child-Centered Play Therapy Model.
Southwest Missouri State University's  Midwest Play Therapy Institute provides instruction in play therapy for clinicians, educators, and graduate students.
The 22nd Annual Association for Play Therapy International Conference was held in Canada.  In October 2007, it will be in California.
There are very affordable workshops at the Association for Community Counseling in Delray Beach, Florida
